Talking Monkey Media did a great with for our website! They worked with us weekly to discuss each section of the website, changes we wanted to make and gave really important feedback about what needed to have for a good working website that was user friendly to clients. Blair's review platform has transformed our business and has made the process simple and easy to initate with customers to get feedback on how we are doing so we can constantly improve or get affirmation that what we are doing is working. Running a trade business reviews are of upmost importance, but surprisingly hard to get. Even though a customer is happy life often gets in the way and they simply forget to leave a review.
